Such a bill may prove basically wrong, since the role of the judiciary is to impart justice in all cases impartially, may be of individuals, groups, companies and corporate or criminal cases, and it is not a routine matter to humiliate the Judges through a bill to be thrown open to the public to sling mud on the Judiciary.
