Judiciary’s dignity in danger, who shall be next CJI? - 3

Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist

New Delhi, India: March 11, 2010 - Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, and well known Astrologer with scientific background, gives his astrological calculation through his occult sciences and long experience of over 65 years, that Hon.’ble Justice S.H.Kapadia may be the next CJI on 11 May 2010 on retirement of the present CJI Mr.  K.G. Balakrishnan. Next to that the turn comes that of Mr. Altamas Kabir, who is quite competent to be the future CJI after Mr. SH Kapadia; but Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, is reluctant to predict his future due to some confusion.

After the retirement of Mr. Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, Chief Justice of India on 11-5-2010, Hon.’ble Mr. Justice S.H. Kapadia stands strong chances of becoming the next Chief Justice of India astrologically as per my working based on 10-9-1974, his birth date as well as Occult No. of his name, governed by Saturn associated with Mars.

Saturn is negatively placed in Cancer with Mars, but Mars being in debilitated position on the contrary strengthens Saturn to give highest status by experience of the native and ability. Saturn’s Occult No. is 26 = 8. (3+5+2+1+8+1+4+1-1).

The more important conjunctions that helped Mr. SH Kapadia are the placement of Jupiter and Ketu in Scorpio, Venus and Sun in Virgo, Mars and Saturn in Cancer and single placement of Mars in Libra and Moon is in Aquarius.

Rahu/Ketu are in friendly position and this is a rare placement in the judiciary.  Normally such placement in a native’s chart makes him/her to excel in economy and finance and also makes the native spiritual minded with philosophical genes. His occult combination that benefits his life and status ranges from Occult No. 2 to 4.

These combinations most certainly enable the native to shine at the highest position in their respective department and for Mr. Justice Kapadia, the highest position looks to be the top position of Chief Justice of India, governed by Occult No. 2, 3 & 4, which ultimately total to No. 9, the seat of throne.

The above stars supported his earlier appointments as Additional Judge of Bombay High Court in 1991,under the influence of occult number 2, became Permanent Judge of the Bombay High Court in 1993, which comes to 22, meaning thereby double strength of No. 2.

Thereafter in 2003, he was appointed as Chief Justice of Uttaranchal High Court and the same year was elevated to Supreme Court and in 2010, under the influence of 3, he is, therefore, likely to be elevated to the position of Chief Justice of India, this year itself, being No. 3 and its date is 11-5-2010.

Astrologically speaking, Mr. Hon.’ble Justice SH Kapadia, after his elevation to the top position of Supreme Court, shall keep his balanced attitude of serving the cause for which he is appointed, would enjoy the benefits and privileges of his good and noble personality and would prefer proper justice to the nation. During his tenure as Chief Justice of India, Mr. Kapadia shall raise his reputation by his ability and high sense of imparting justice  for which he shall attract respect and excellence.

His life after retirement on 28th/29 September 2012 is likely be more balanced and active better than his physical age and that would enable him to keep on enjoying his good reputation and Godly blessings.  However, he should take special precautions of his health, should take balanced diet and keep on normal walking to consume sufficient oxygen to keep the rest of his life fit and healthy which the nation expects of him.
