New Delhi, India: March 9, 2010 – Occult Astrology- Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, with scientific background and world famous in many disciplines including Astrology, is compared with Nostradamus, a French seer, who gave marvelous predictions in his career. Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, also gave rare predictions in his life, which appeared in newspapers, broadcast on Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), helped the cause of Astrology by filing his intervention in Supreme Court of India when Astrology was challenged by Scientists, and he earned a proper name in the discipline of Astrology. Dr. Raj Baldev now gives his predictions on the Hon.’ble Judges of Supreme Court of India including Chief Justice of India and future CJIs, for information of the entire nation, which should feel proud of their performances in the cause of Justice. 

The Govt. is now planning to umpire the judges via public complaints as per news Hindustan Times that appeared on March 4, 2010. All citizens who wish to expose corrupt practices of the judges would be asked to reveal the sources of information and the govt. would look into such matters under Judicial Standards and Accountability.

I being a Cosmo Theorist with long background as a Writer and Journalist on National and International Understanding, Science, Astronomy and Astrology for over 65 years, personally feel that there should be a total independence of the Judiciary undisturbed.

At the same time, I am not against the Accountability of the Judges but I do oppose the unrestricted freedom to be granted to the people with liberal and free style criticism against the Hon.’ble Judges in the public; if the Hon.’ble Judges or the Judiciary are publicly targeted, it is likely to lower the status of our Constitution, our country and the countrymen and would certainly pave way for undesirable international mockery on the standard of our judiciary?

So far my experience about my own countrymen is concerned, too much independence or democracy to be granted to a common man in any area, or even Right to Information in India, simply carries more damaging effects to the nation rather than concrete or desirable results, since the general society of any country has its own traditions and systems to follow in practice. India and its systems too are derived from their ancient wisdom and some portion of it they learnt from the British legacy; no major flexibility can be derived out of a common citizen with such changes and extraordinary freedom in different areas.

The fact remains that the Indian citizens can’t adopt any system of other countries or cultures so easily and effectively, as is generally believed by the law makers at the helm of affairs. To be very frank, such freedom granted to the people is mostly misused, and can in no circumstances succeed in the Indian society; however, it shall remain in the law books to take political or revenging advantage. Let Parliament alone bring this bill carefully, since it shall exceedingly be misused than used. 
In India, our law makers are not seriously calculative from all angles before making a law in any area; they make the law hastily and that becomes miserable speedily and publicly.  

The freedom of a complaint against the judiciary should be restricted, not made public; it should be individually heard with seriousness and in camera whenever any serious and genuine complaint is lodged against the honesty of a Judge, avoid defaming the judiciary openly, it is in our national interest, since the prestige of our nation is involved.

So far judiciary is concerned, once any citizen lodges a complaint against a judge, wrong or right openly, it shall immediately reflect his/her reputation straight away, whether he/she has done any wrong or not, his/her promotion would be adversely affected; he/she shall lose his/her high esteem among the relatives and friends, since the trouble mongers are in extreme majority in our   country to weaken our judicial system; let us preserve its dignity rather than allow to damage its reputation openly.  Our citizens are generally not accustomed to lodge genuine complaints; the majority of allegations leveled by them are sham, fake and manipulated in the spirit of revenge or to fetch false media publicity.

In this connection, I would also like to mention that there are also certain genuine complainants, who wish the Judges to act clean and preserve the high dignity of the Judiciary. In case of an authentic complaint or complaints, it is advisable to revise the Judicial system in such a way so as to provide speedy disposal of cases, more and more well assisted efficient appellant courts be made available, so that the real guilty could not escape with undue favor of a Judge.

I would like to mention here that in case of a genuine allegation against any particular Judge, it should not be taken light; rather it should first be solemnly affirmed from the Complainant and then given due weight age.  The companion Judges should not harass the complainant directly or indirectly with a threat of Contempt of Court and this should be the real spirit as a clean Judge to act impartial against his/her companion Judges thereby enhancing the value of the Judiciary.

Such cases should be heard in camera in presence of the concerned Judge against whom an allegation of some influence or favor is leveled and if the allegations are not proved, the complainant should be given examplary punishment. If the corruption is proved against the Judge, proper action should be taken against him.

Cases of private parties who wish to compound should be encouraged other than murder cases or equally severe crimes, and that would not only reduce unnecessary and avoidable cases in courts but shall also lessen the chances of corruption in the Judiciary.

Once the Bill for Judicial Standards and Accountability is passed, take it from me, there shall be enormous cases against the Judges, over 95% fake and sham and the Judiciary might have to undergo bad name not only in India but may reflect adversely on International arena without any solid discrepancy on the most part of most of the Hon.’ble Judges.

As regards normal justice, to emphasize it again, where one does not get justice in a court due to a favor by a Judge, the aggrieved party should expect the justice in another court without any influence. Even in Supreme Court, if the party does not get justice,  let the person be provided another remedy to be heard in camera impartially. 

The name of the alleged Judge should only come out in public if the party is not satisfied with sufficient reasons and authentic proof against the Judge for having acted under influence or favor. Now the ball may go to the Govt. after the bill is passed, let us see how they act and the nation reacts.
 
I being a consultant to an Astrological website, received many personal queries that if the Govt. is to judge the Judges under the upcoming Judicial Standards and Accountability Bill, let the public be enlightened about the highest Judges of the Supreme Court also to be adjudged astrologically so that the general people may form an idea about the hidden qualities of a Judge.

I feel that our Hon.’ble judges are appointed by the Govt. after due care keeping in view their legal experiences and clean records. I have full faith in the Judiciary, and I don’t see any objection in giving the prediction about the appointments of the Hon.’ble Judges how they are astrologically destined to lead the apex court of India.  

The appointment of Chief Justice of India does count, which change is likely to be effective from 11 May 2010, as such there is nothing wrong if the public is interested to know about the future CJIs and their inbuilt “Just Giving Qualities” as Clean and Honest Judges in national interest, since the people believe in Astrological discipline to judge the qualities of every one, even they judge their own children and close relatives, right from their birth for each occasion and anticipated changes since in India astrology plays a big part to ascertain the qualities of a person of any walk of life or status.

I shall try to give a brief casting of my preliminary computation of each Hon.’ble Justice in public interest astrologically and by occult science, being recognized since time immemorial.

I just take 6 cases of  Hon.’ble Judges of Supreme Court for general prediction, and in the first instance, I am pleased to append the Astro-reading of  Mr. Justice K.G.Balakrishnan, Chief Justice of India, and brief notes of predictions in respect of Hon.’ble Mr. Justice S.H, Kapadia, Hon.’ble Mr. Justice Altamas Kabir, Hon.’ble Mr. Justice Raju Varadarajulu Raveendran, Hon.’ble Mr. Justice Dalveer Bhandari and Hon.’ble Mr. Justice D.K.Jain, how best they are at present serving and how excellently they serve the nation even in future and consider ‘Justice’ as the act of God, who is never mistaken and is always sincere to all Justice seekers. 
These are top honorable judges on whom the entire nation depends for delivering right justice and the general public also likes to know their astrological calculations on which they place more faith and interest to know about the readings of apex people of the country.
   
Without giving my views on the policy of the Govt. regarding complaints the people lodge against Judges, I simply don’t encourage such moves. However, I don’t have any hesitation to forecast the Judges astrologically, which I base on an old occult knowledge and my experience which I have attained for the last over 65 years.

Reading of Mr. Balakrishnan, Hon.’ble CJI

Chief Justice of India Mr.Balakrishnan is a  great personality of the nation, he is governed by Saturn in Gemini sign; born on Saturday. Rahu & Ketu are exalted in his case in his Birth Chart.

Rahu gives conjunction support to Saturn, good combination. His other favorable stars are Venus and Mars. Hence it is a combination of good Numbers.

His Date of Birth is12-5-1945, which has the governance of No. 9, under the lordship of Mars. In short, his fate is governed by different favorable stars, particularly Saturn and Mars, both powerful, at times controversial just for a while.

To emphasize, even name wise, Mr. K.G.Balakrishnan, is influenced by Saturn, being born on this day; his Saturn further occupies the Zodiac sign of friendly Gemini with Ardra Nakashatra; it stands for good luck. He has also other good stars to help him, Venus, Jupiter, and Sun in different periods, Very bold, rational, realistic with practical qualities, dedicated to impart proper justice. He doesn’t like to support or favor corrupt judges, and in such cases does not support them being fellow judges, he only likes clean and efficient judges and his main main of life is to serve the nation to the best of his ability.

Among his good years, he can consider 1985, 1+9+8+5 =23, in occultism, 2 and 3 are counted separately, 2 represents Venus, which is exalted in his in own Status House,3 represents Jupiter, both Gurus.  

Mars, though inimical being associated with Venus, its position became neutral by Jupiter which carries No.3, and aspects the 9th house to support Venus, which enhances the power of Status, even though Mars is positioned there.

Mars carries No. 9 in occult science, very lucky for him, particularly when he became Chief Justice at Madras in 1999, the date and year carried the figure (9) five times, the date was 9-9-1999. Earlier in 1998, under the influence of No. 9, he became the Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court. 

Since his Venus, which carries No. 2 & 7, is in exalted position, gave him the benefit of becoming Judge in the Supreme Court of India, the date was 8-6-2000, which comes to 16=7, influenced by Venus, and the year carried No. 2, which No. is governed by Moon, which is in exalted position in his horoscope. 

Eventually in 2007,  it is No. 9 i.e.2 & 7, the total No. 9 under the influence of Mars, gave double benefit to him in 1998; he became the Chief Justice of Gujarat and in 2+7, another No. 9, in  2007, another 9, under which influence he was appointed as Chief Justice of India.

His date of birth as 12-5-1945 is very powerful being No. 9 governed by Mars and his name and day of birth is under the influence of Saturn, hence his luck is influenced both by Saturn and Mars, a great powerful combination, since it comes to No. 9.

Mr. Balakrishnan is most probably retiring on 11-5- 2010 and if this date is correct, it shall carry somewhat unfavorable time for him thereafter, not an easy sailing. This date comes to No. 3 if the year is calculated, and if the entire date is calculated, it comes to 11+5+2010 = 10 or 1. The figure ‘3’ is controlled by Mercury and No. 1 is controlled by Sun, both these stars occupy the house of Mars. i.e. Aries.

Without giving more technical details, I feel that after his retirement, Mr. Balakrishnan may face some difficult time, may shoot from his opponents as well friends, since his stars thereafter are not very friendly placed.  This is my honest calculation, which can be averted only by spiritual influence and extra ordinary virtues and charities/strong remedy.
 
Note: Almighty God is the only perfect Astrologer, Astrologers suppose to decode the influence of stars and Spiritual Hidden Power; the errors by Astrologers can’t be ruled out, since to err is human despite one’s best efforts and sincerity, the Astrology being a matter of belief and trust as a   divine discipline by the majority of Indians.
