Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, Lead Man of God Believers Horizon, World Peace & Earth Saving Mission, (WP&ESM), and who is at present dedicated to serve the cause of Human Rights, World Economy, Global Warming, O Zone, Overgenerous Nuclear Stockpiles by certain countries, Bio Warfare, Chemical Warfare, Natural Calamities caused by human errors and so on, commenting on the President Obama’s proposal of job creation, tax cuts and other public works spending, said, “ President Obama’s proposal of course may pose a big question both before the public and the officials about the deficit for the current fiscal year and which may touch around $1.6 trillion but it should not be taken as alarming; it should be noted how shall the proposals benefit US in the long run?”

Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, further said, “I am sure this proposal shall pave the way for the Govt. to have a smoother path in the next decade, and this view has also been corraborotated by Peter R.Orszag, who is his budget director?

The new budget to be proposed by Obama is likely to serve a long range cause rather than act as a short range policy? It shall re-install America as No. 1 economy in the world if Obama’s proposals are properly understood and followed; he does not want his nation to hold the status below No. 1 and he has proved that Americans have made no mistake of electing him as their President.” Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist said. 

Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, further said, “Most the experts agree with the view of Peter R.Orszag and view Obama’s policy as ultimate relief to the country, since the present fluctuations of the deficit are temporary and will fade away with timeframe policy to be proposed by Mr. Obama. In short the country shall most certainly benefit from the policy to be set by Obama to install the country on its original top stable footing as it stood before recession and it is very much there, sound and stable, under the guidance of President Obama."

“President Obama is more concerned about country’s welfare, economy and an all round status of the nation, which has recently become questionable due to recession and he wants to fill such holes of economy within 10 years and it is his determined agenda,” Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, Lead Man of God Believers, World Peace & Earth Saving Mission (WP&ESM) explained to the students who had gathered to listen to his lecture in New Delhi on Monday, who were keen to know about Obama's proposals.

Comments by NYT: Even so, by the end of that time the yearly deficits will begin moving up again as the projected costs of health and retirement programs for an aging population start to escalate.

An unusual accompaniment to Mr. Obama’s 10-year budget plan underscores that dire long-term outlook: The president will direct a yet-to-be-named bipartisan commission to recommend by December a plan to balance the budget by fiscal year 2015, not counting the growing payments on the country’s amassed debt. Congressional leaders have committed to hold a vote on whatever plan such a commission produces.

The president’s pivot from stimulus spending to deficit reduction in the budget for the coming fiscal year assumes that the economy will have fully recovered from the worst recession in eight decades. More
