New Delhi, July 27, 2009 – IR Summary/Agencies - Swamy(Dr) Raj Baldev, famous Cosmo Theorist from India, the founder of the cult by the name of God Believers, here has explained on Monday the Aims and Objects of this divine cum social group in detail which he said is formed to defend and support the followers of God irrespective of religions, regions, countries, communities, languages, castes, colors or creeds,  with additional purpose of cultivating atmosphere of peace and brotherhood all over and further vowed to fight terrorism anywhere in the world through peaceful means or as warranted as per the situation.

Main Purpose and Dedication of the cult 

1. This society carries the name and style of “God Believers”. It is a divine and social group, founded with a sole purpose of believing, preaching and supporting main doctrines of world religions, who believe in existence of One God or Almighty who has created the Universe and Nature and bestowed upon us the gifts of life to live and enjoy on the Earth, and which we should invariably preserve with ultimate aim of promoting the spirit of global peace and brotherhood.

2. This society shall be situated in New Delhi India, temporarily situated at R-8/3, Green Park (Main), New Delhi -110016 – India, and may open its branches globally as decided by its Executive Committee from time to time. 

3. The main qualification of a member or supporter of God Believers shall be that he/she must hold trust in God in any manner, form, shape, or faith in any religion, in any region or country irrespective of language, caste, color or creed, and must pay due regards and reverence to all religious places of all religions and should treat all such holy places at par and these holy/worship places should be regarded as God’s Houses with utmost respect. 

3.   This society of God Believers may enroll its like minded members/followers all over the world. The categories shall be as under:

 (i)    Life Members
 (ii)   Special Members (Criteria to be decided by Ex.Committee).
 (iii)  Members (Regular or periodical Contributors);
 (iv)  Associate Members (Casual Donors);
 (v)   General

4. Only one member from each God House or place of worship shall be honored as Patron or Sponsor unless otherwise decided by the Executive Committee of the society as a special case.

5. This society upholds the doctrines of all the world religions, who principally believe in One Supreme Creating  Power, who rules and controls over the whole Universe and treats His children alike. It is the beauty and greatness of God that Different religions worship Him as per their own liking, manners, styles, varieties of faith and belief. 

6. This society holds a unanimous opinion about the people who sincerely believe in God are generally kind, noble, dignified, gracious, social, nonviolent and reasonable humans and they are rewarded for good deeds and punished for bad deeds by God and those, who repent for their bad deeds are pardoned by Him if they wish to    revert to the righteous path.

7.    This society of God Believers respects all such people who believe in God irrespective of any forms, regions, communities, countries, languages, sects, castes or creeds, status or class of living, it believes in its policy of love and not hatred.

8. This society principally supports the doctrines of the following religions/faiths, the number of which may be increased or decreased depending on the response from different quarters, only those religions would be covered by the God Believers where there is no objection.

9. This society supports the doctrines of the main world religions subject to unanimous consensus.  If any religion included in the list of this group has any reservation, this cult reserves the rights to opt any other religion in its place or can opt any of the other religions so as to serve them better depending on the cooperation of the religious leaders.

10.   In the first instance, this society is dedicated to support, promote and serve all world religions who believe in God including the following 18 religions in their original forms and beliefs, with roughly estimated adherents:

 i)      Christianity:  Over 2 billion
 ii)     Islam:  Around 1.5 billion
iii)     Hinduism:  Over 900 million
iv)     Chinese traditional religion:  Over 394 million
v)      Buddhism: Over 375 million
vi)     African Traditional & Diasporic:  Around 100  million
vii)    Sikhism:  Around 23 million
viii)   Spiritism: Around 15 million
ix)    Judaism: Around 14 million
x)     Baha'i: 7 million
xi)    Jainism: Over 4 million
xii)   Shinto:  Over 4 million
xiii)  Cao Dai: Over 4 million
xiv)  Zoroastrianism: Over 2.5 million
xv)   Tenrikyo: Around 2 million
xvi)  Unitarian-Universalism: Around 800 thousand

11. Most world religions are registering decline in actual numbers of their followers, whether they admit it or not, it’s their pleasure if they wish to over claim the numbers of followers, they wishful thinking. But as this society of God Believers has gathered the information from its own sources that most of the main religions are not progressing as per increase of the world population, they are on the decline. 

12. The main trend has developed due to present generation throughout the world, who are not seriously participating in their respective religious programs due to their modern lifestyle and scientific thinking as being taught in present day world. So, God Believers seriously apprehend that the new age groups in almost all countries of the world, have developed severe technical thinking about God and their respective religions rather than proud of being born in their own religion. The new generation is taking their religion lightly and in most cases feel that their religion is just like a formality which they have incidently got in hereditary, hence a religion is not a serious affair for them and it is a dangerous signal pointing against healthy growth of any religion. 

13. God Believers seriously feel that Time has come when all the world religions should integrate together on main point of promoting Faith in God in their respective religions by increasing the genuine strength of their followers and that’s only possible by educating new generations in the most  proper and logical way about the principles of their religions and their faith in God, since mere birth in a particular community or religion without proper religious cum scientiic education can’t convince them to join the mainstream of their religions concerned.

14. Each religion has got the best class of doctrine of God and their belief in their holy books, scriptures and other literature. Hence, it is the right time when the mind of the new generation should be drawn towards bringing out the best teaching of their religion so as to check the atheists and immature scientists who are spreading the disbelief of God everywhere, and have created a big question mark on the existence of God.

15. God Believers further strongly feel that if the young generation is not properly educated or apprised of the high values and qualities of their respective religions, in the most proper manners in the modern scientific way, the growth of all such religions may severely be affected and their growth may continuously go slower and slower and may eventually touch a regrettable stage. Don’t let that Time slip into the hands of atheists and irresponsible scientists, who are after making the name of God a word of history rather than an issue of a faith. 

16. God Believers may recommend certain updates of their central teachings with   background to the young generations within their respective religions and beliefs with the cooperation of their religious leaders and high educated scholars with scientific background, to cooperate in this sacred mission. They should jointly create proper interest in the new generations to make them understand the scientific philosophy of God and their religions so that they may be prevented from being misled by atheist and modern immature scientists.

17. It is the faith in God that helps a person to become a thorough gentleman, justifiable, pitiable, truthful and social helping others and this is the main purpose of becoming a God Believer. Only a God Believer in any form or faith can exhibit noble qualities in him or her, which are essential for the world to possess to live in this world honorably and without fear. A real person believing in God is not afraid of negative forces like terrorism, he has every courage of fighting the terrorism, and God Believers vow to establish peace all over the world by whatever means the sitution demands, it is dedicated to the cause of peace and brotherhood.

18. .The God Believers are seriously dedicated to promote the proper faith of God in the young generations and  is further determined to bring out the best of all religions of the world with positive approach with a sole purpose of making the human society as a blessing of God with peace and tranquillity, free from the fear of terrorism.

19. God Believers can  include any other religion or faith believing in God as may be considered from time to time by its Executive Committee and its decision shall be final and legally and morally binding on the members of the society.

20. God Believers can do any social or divine service as considered by the Executive Committee anywhere in the world to help any deserving organization/religion or it can run its own body, institute,, hospital or any exhibition, publication house, video houses, TV Channels or any other program that may benefit the public at large within its frame of aims and objects. 

21 To confer honors on the deserving personalities as decided by the committee/public opinion/voting in whatever manner it Executive Committee considers it proper.

22. To erect temples or religious clubs or any other activities that may help fulfill the objects of this society.

23. To take any action or decision for promoting the cause of this society for eliminating the fear of terrorism.
