San Diego, California: USA – September 9, 2008 - Monica Groover -
Dr. Raj Baldev, you are Cosmo Theorist from India, who wrote the thesis of “Two Big Bangs Created the Universe”, (Formed in Eternal Space). The main idea of your giving this thesis was reconstructing and redesigning the single Big Bang theory. This related issue of CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC), which is to be experimented on this Wednesday, which has shaken the whole world and put them in the state of panic, requires your immediate comments.
Big Bang theory says there was neither space nor dark when the Big Bang occurred. You contradicted it and said, “There was two and not one Big Bang” and moreover, as per your theory the space is eternal and it was very much there before the Big Bang occurred.
Your book was released in 2003 and a machine at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, was also established in the same year; is it a coincidence or the scientists just had some idea from your book to compare or to have a closer look at the makeup of matter?
Moreover, you are considered expert in Black Hole and there was some controversy about your theory being repeated by Stephen Hawking in Dublin in 2004 and a legal notice was also sent to him through the British High Commission and later on the matter was sorted out due to cordial relations of two countries.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, said on LHC, to be experimented on Wednesday":
“I still stand by my theory of Two Big Bangs, as I stood at that year, when I reconstructed the theory of single Big Bang to Two Big Bangs.
I still hold that the space is eternal and it was very much there when the first biggest explosion took place to create the Universe.”
Dr. Raj Baldev,Cosmo Theorist, continued:
“It is just a simple logic. According to scientists, an explosion of an object the size of a small coin occurred about 13.7 billion years ago and led to formation of stars and planets and they are basing their experiments on that theory.”
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, continued: “Where did the coin come from; who held the coin at that time, could it be held without space?”
Monica Groover: What’s your opinion about CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC) and its risk to the Earth or the Universe? I read your interview in International Reporter on 10 April 2008, You said in your interview that if the experiment fails and dangerously reacts, it may shrink a part of the Earth. Is it correct that the Universe shall not be affected but only the Earth and that too a part of it? Some countries may lose their identity if the experiment fails.
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist: “The risk is involved in each and every machine, small or big anywhere in the world, it can fail or succeed, and both chances are always there.
“Since this shall be the biggest experiment of the largest particle accelerator ever built in a 17-mile long underground tunnel near Geneva, first of its kind with the energy level up to seven times greater than any achieved before, is to be experimented on this Wednesday, and its natural for the people to get panicky.
“Moreover, such experiments do carry a great risk to a major part of the Earth and should have been avoided by scientists, it can wipe out many countries if the experiments fails and may cause a unprecedented havoc through explosion of an unimaginable intensity.
The scientists simply wish to feel the conditions of pre Big Bang. They probably want to find out the answers to the most ambiguous problems of physics with the powering up of the largest particle accelerator ever built.
I can definitely say that there is no risk of Black Hole of mini or super nature, and the apprehension of the threat to the whole Earth or any major part of the Solar System or the Universe is hollow. However, if it fails, the part damage shall be very grave, may shall engulf 1/8th of the surrounding area.”
Monica Groover: Dr. Raj Baldev, “On what basis you can say that there shall not be a risk of eliminating the Earth?”
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, said:
“To make you more clear, the scientists wish to produce such flashes from the collision the conditions that had existed during the billionth of a second after the Big Bang. They feel that microscopic black holes might be generated in the machine but I can say that even microscopic black holes cannot be generated by this machine.
This feeling of scientists simply speak of their less knowledge about the Black Hole, what it is and how it operates? Even with this experiment, there is no question of black holes blinking in and out of existence.”
Dr. Raj Baldev, Cosmo Theorist, continued: “However, the scientists are playing safe. They know it fully well the way how elementary particles interacted with each other controlled the very early universe and to avoid any great risk, they are making tests in phases.
”During their first tests, they are likely to shoot a particle beam all the way around the LHC channel in just one direction. If it works all right, then only they shall make further efforts to cause collisions within the coming weeks, that too at low intensity to prevent extraordinary explosions. When the scientists become sure that the risk is eliminated, then only they shall put the machine in full power, hence no panic or alarm, “Dr. Raj Baldev concluded.”
