Match against Pakistan would not be easy: Dhoni
MIL/PTI, Jun 26, 2008.

Karachi, June 25, 2008 - India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni is happy with his team carving out an easy win against Hong Kong in Asia Cup league match but says the match against Pakistan would be an altogether different game tomorrow.

"It was a good game to start the tournament. The start was perfect by Viru and Gambhir. They have us the start we were looking for and then Raina batted well," Dhoni said after a comprehensive 256-run win.

Dhoni, who himself scored a hundred, said Pakistan are doing well these days and it would be tough a match against the arch-rivals.

"It is good to play when they are at their best. They know the conditions well and the wicket is also not easy. It is difficult to rotate the strike. If bowlers get early wickets it would be difficult to score," he said.

The India captain also said the experience of playing against top teams will help Hong Kong develop their team in a big way.

Suresh Raina, who notched up his maiden one-day century and was adjudged man of the match, said the team was looking forward to carry forward the good work against Pakistan.

"Hopefully we will maintain the tempo. We are ready for the important game against Pakistan."
